How to Prepare. Please come prepared by bringing your own mat or ask to purchase one at our front desk. Please bring a towel if you desire and sealable(non-glass)water bottle. Doors will be open approx. 15 minutes prior to your class so you have time to fill out the waiver if you haven't already.

Yoga Studio EtiquetteWe ask that you please remove your shoes when you enter and stay quiet when you’re in the studio. Turn all cell phones off and leave them in baskets provided or in changeroom lockers prior to class. Also please refrain from wearing perfumes or fragrances out of concern for others.

What to ExpectEveryone goes at their own pace and respectfully listen to your body first. Just do what you can do. Don’t over do it! If you need a break, take a break but stay in the room. You can relax by sitting or laying down for a few minutes. If you have to leave please inform the instructor asap and the instructor will promptly stop class to assist you.
