We are proud to offer the following hot yoga classes in our eco-friendly state-of-the-art(Radiant)
heated studio with circulating fresh air. All classes are heated up to 36-39 degrees and 35-40% humidity.
We ask that you please remove your shoes when you enter and stay quiet while you’re in the studio.
Arrive 15 minutes prior to classtime. Turn all cell phones off prior to class time and cellphons not permitted in the studio.
Refrain from wearing perfumes or fragrances out of concern for others.

Hot Fusion series of postures that combines Hot Foundation with Vinyasa Flow(hot flow). Our teachers bring their own individual styles to the class making them unique. The series loosens, strengthens and tones the muscles, while calming the mind and reducing stress. The heat allows for deep, safe stretching and promotes detoxification of the skin, blood and muscles through sweat. It has many different levels, allowing beginners, intermediate and advanced students to be challenged all in the same class.
Experience a hot class for core strength excercises to strengthen your muscles, including your abdomin, back and pelvis muscles. All while coordinated a series of moving postures synchronized with your breath. Intermediate Level
This heated practice allows students to explore their balance. The postures combined will help cleanse the body and warm the muscles. This class systematically works the entire body, concentrating on the essence of every organ, bone, joint, muscle, ligament, tendon, blood vessel, nerve and gland. Incorporating strength, balance and flexibility, Hot Foundation Yoga teaches students how each pose stimulates the mind, restores and shapes the body. This class is available in a 60 or 75 minute format. All levels welcome.
A dynamic and challenging sequence of postures that synchronizes breath with movement in order to build strength, balance, flexibility, relax and concentration while cleansing the body calming the mind. It is flow that has many different levels, allowing beginners through to advanced students to be challenged in the same class. Come and be inspired! Intermediate level. Some prior experience is helpful.
Hot Yoga for Arms, Hips & Hamstrings(AHH!!!)
A combination of traditional postures, movement and props to both strengthen and stretch. The postures help build strength in the hips and thighs as well as creating balance strength and flexibility in the legs. Core strength can benefit especially in the back of the body.
This class is designed to offer the balancing effects of yin (passive) yoga and yang (active) yoga. The relaxing Yin practice, long holds ensure safe opening of connective tissue while stimulating, releasing and calming the body and mind. Postures kept simple and emphasis is on targeting all of the meridians (energy lines) of the body. The Yang portion that follows works to enhance muscular effort by working already-warmed and open muscles to their full potential.
*Yin tissues=ligaments, bones, joints
*Yang tissues=muscles, blood, skin
*Yang is rhythmic and repetitive, and is intended to stress the muscles.
A meditative, slow-paced practice that uses long, deep stretching to enhance joint mobility and flexibility. Generally practiced at room temperature, warm Yin classes are heated to 28-30 degrees celsius. The addition of the heat to traditional yin yoga enhances detoxification and flexibility. All levels welcome.
A smooth, balanced class linking poses at a comfortable pace allowing for exploration in a warm environment. Vinyasa means "breath-synchronized movement" and has both mental and physical benefits. Physically, sweat expels toxins and re-energizes your body. Mentally, the synchronized breathing relaxes and calms the mind. This class will focus on the breathing and the gentle flowing movement through poses. All levels are welcome!
Warm Yin class with soft music to relax your mind and spirit is great for beginners. Gathering the benefits for your joints, ligaments and connective tissues to refresh and rejuvenate your body from the inside out.
Yin Yoga(Warm Yin) - Stretching and meditation
Are you new to Yoga? Then start here! Great for those wanting to learn the basics. Yin Yoga is great for everybody! We live in a crazy busy world! This is a stretch/release practice which targets the tendons, ligaments and fascia within the body. Each posture is held for extended periods of time to encourage the slow and safe connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine to stress and create counter balance to more active style(Yang) yoga.
Prenatal Yoga(not available)
Nurture yourself!. Now is the time. Share in your excitement by joining other moms-to-be in preparing your body for pregnancy, birth, and motherhood. Our pre-natal class incorporates the use of safe, gentle postures to help relieve discomfort associated with pregnancy, including back pain, sciatica and nausea. It uses breath work to relieve anxiety, restore energy and calm the mind. You may join a prenatal yoga class anytime during the second or third trimester. If you are unsure ask your doctor prior to attending. No prior yoga experience is necessary
Yoga for Healthy Back & Sciatica(Not available)
Learn Yoga & Breathing techniques for a more healthy and better back! Sciatica is caused by the irritation of, or pressure on, the sciatic nerve, a major nerve that originates in the lower back. The pain starts at the buttocks and runs down the leg. Yoga for Healthy Back & Sciatica sequences can help release the hip structure and help you manage the pain.
Yoga for Head, Neck & Shoulders
Whether you work long hours, sit at a desk all day, look after a toddler or have an active career these can create tension and stress in our lives. For these various reasons we can experience headaches or stiffness in the head and shoulders. This yoga practice will provide you with a few tools to help loosen your shoulders, neck and head, for stress relief.
